Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, qualify potential customers, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling leads generated through digital platforms, walk-ins, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Respond promptly to enquiries received through websites, social media, property portals, digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and buying intent.
- Maintain an updated lead database in the CRM system.

Customer Engagement
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, offers, and amenities to prospective customers.




- Address customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Build strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups.

Site Visit Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Ensure customers receive all required information before and after site visits.
- Follow up with customers after visits to understand their feedback and interest.

CRM & Reporting
- Update lead status, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead conversion, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in the CRM system.

Sales Support
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Channel Partner teams for smooth lead management.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly booking and conversion targets.
- Assist in executing promotional campaigns and sales events.

Customer Service
