PCM background with relevant postgraduate qualification
PGT-level teaching experience
Proven experience in curriculum development and academic planning
Solid understanding of CBSE curriculum, assessment and Board examination requirements
Excellent academic leadership, teacher mentoring and communication skills
Exposure to NEP 2020 and competency-based education will be an advantage
