Key Requirements:
- Experience in LifeAsia application testing or business analysis.
- Robust understanding of Life Insurance domain and policy lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience in functional testing, defect management, and test execution.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with insurance policy administration systems.
- Knowledge of SQL, JIRA, and Agile methodology is an added advantage.
