We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to be the first point of contact for walk-in clients and visitors at our real estate sales office/site.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and hospitality skills, a pleasant personality and the ability to create a positive first impression for prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome walk-in customers and visitors at the sales office/site.

Coordinate appointments and site visits between customers and the sales team.

Maintain the visitor log and basic customer details in the CRM/register.

Offer refreshments and ensure visitor comfort while they wait.

Handle incoming calls and route enquiries to the appropriate sales/presales team member.

Assist in maintaining a clean, organized and presentable front office/reception area.

Coordinate with the sales, presales and admin teams for smooth customer handling.





Provide basic project information to visitors as briefed by the sales team.

Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times with clients and colleagues.

Support in organizing site events, launches and customer meets as required.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a guest relations, front office, hospitality or customer service role (real estate experience preferred).

Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and English/Hindi.

Pleasant, presentable and well-groomed personality.

Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM/registers).

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Punctual, disciplined and a team player.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in:

Real estate sales offices or show flats

Hospitality (hotels, resorts, front desk)

Corporate reception/front office roles

Customer service in retail or bankin
