Role Purpose:
To drive effective in-store merchandising, visibility, product placement and availability of WeMe Snacks across General Trade outlets in Kolkata, while capturing outlet-level sales, competitive and retailer insights to support the successful launch of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned General Trade outlets and ensure effective placement and visibility of WeMe products at high-impulse locations such as counters and eye-level shelves.
- Implement and maintain POSM, displays, shelf strips, danglers, wobblers, etc.
- Ensure planogram compliance, correct product facings and proper placement of Sweet & Salt variants.
- Work alongside Sales Representatives and the delivery team to ensure products are available, stocked and shelf-ready.
- Identify and report stock-outs, damaged/near-expiry stock and visibility gaps.
- Track weekly offtake, re-orders and outlet-level movement of WeMe products.
- Conduct competition benchmarking covering shelf visibility, pricing, schemes, recent launches and share of shelf.
- Capture retailer and consumer feedback on product, pricing,



packaging, taste and demand.
- Maintain daily field trackers and photographic evidence of merchandising execution.
- Analyse field data and generate actionable insights and recommendations for improving WeMe's market penetration and offtake.

Candidate Profile:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales or related discipline preferred.
- Comfortable with a 100% field-based role and extensive local travel.
- Good communication and retailer interaction skills; Bengali-speaking preferred.
- Comfortable with Excel and basic data analysis.
- Proactive, observant and execution-oriented.
