Role & responsibilities
- Align people strategy with technology and product business goals.
- Lead workforce planning, succession, retention, and talent strategies for critical technology roles.
- Coach leaders on performance, organizational effectiveness, and talent decisions.
- Drive employee engagement, DEIB, culture, and employee experience initiatives.
- Lead organizational change, restructuring, and transformation programs.
- Manage complex employee relations matters and compliance requirements.
- Leverage workforce analytics to provide business insights and recommendations.
Preferred candidate profile
15-20 years of HR experience with significant HRBP exposure supporting Product, SaaS, Cloud, AI/ML, Engineering, or Digital organizations.
