Job Summary:
Responsible for managing packaging development, execution, quality, and continuous improvement for FMCG products. The role involves coordinating with R&D;, procurement, quality, production, marketing, and packaging vendors to ensure packaging materials meet quality, cost,



performance, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Packaging Development
- Develop and evaluate primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials.
- Coordinate packaging trials and line trials for new and existing products.
- Evaluate packaging materials based on functionality, durability, aesthetics, and cost.
- Support new product development and packaging innovation projects.

Packaging Quality
- Ensure packaging materials meet approved specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality and suppliers to resolve packaging-related issues.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Monitor packaging performance during production and distribution.

Vendor Management
- Coordinate with packaging material suppliers for development, trials, samples, and improvements.
