Reviews requirements and answers questions during discovery phase. Completes current year configuration cases during renewal warranty period Based on consultation during discovery, RS processes renewal configuration. Reviews and resolves customer filed UAT cases Provide configuration support to customer and CSM during OE period Performs Post OE clean-up Monitors and works the CSM/CSS Review Queue contribute to configuration related lessons learned feedback.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field.
- Solid understanding of requirement analysis, gathering, and management principles.
- Proficiency in conducting gap analysis and developing effective solutions for complex business problems.
