Area Business Manager (ABM) – Diabetes Care & Connected Medical Devices

Tracky is launching a new Diabetes Care & Connected Medical Devices Division focused on driving the adoption of India’s pioneering Bluetooth-connected Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems and a complete Cardio-Metabolic Devices Ecosystem.

We are building a high-performance sales team to expand access to innovative diabetes and connected healthcare solutions across India.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for CGM, diabetes care and connected medical device products within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Diabetologists, Endocrinologists, Physicians, hospitals and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and execute territory-level sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer and prescriber base.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and clinical/product awareness activities.
- Ensure regular field visits and effective territory coverage.




- Track market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and business growth.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer data and territory updates.

Mandatory Requirements
- 7–9 years of relevant sales experience in Pharma/Medical Devices/Diabetes Care.
- Candidates with proven experience in selling Insulin, CGM Devices, Diabetes-related Medicines or relevant Medical Devices will be preferred.
- Strong existing network with Diabetologists, Endocrinologists and Physicians in the assigned territory is mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory due to extensive field travel.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Candidates must be below 34 year
