We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Closing Manager to manage the complete customer closing process from booking confirmation to agreement, registration, payment completion and handover.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate sales process, excellent customer-handling skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, CRM, Legal, Accounts and Registration teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customers from booking to final closure.
- Coordinate the complete post-sales and closing process.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments, documents and formalities.
- Coordinate preparation and execution of Agreement for Sale and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, sales executives, legal, accounts and CRM teams to ensure smooth closures.
- Manage and coordinate stamp duty, registration and related documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of customer KYC and documentation.




- Track payment schedules, outstanding amounts and registration status.
- Resolve customer queries related to agreements, payments, registration and closing formalities.
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the registration team and customers for registration appointments.
- Follow up regularly with customers until all closing formalities are completed.
- Prepare regular reports on bookings, collections, agreements, registrations and pending closures.
- Ensure that every customer file is complete and properly documented.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the closing process.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate, preferably in closing, post-sales, CRM or customer relationship management.
- Positive understanding of the real estate booking, agreement and registration process.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
