Role & responsibilities

Incumbent would be responsible for HORECA business from Horeca small & medium accounts and distribution network by providing solution on end to end in the assigned city/ territory.

He / She will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, mapping & scanning and successful onboarding of new customers within the assigned territory. While ensuring service and resolution of the existing set of customers.

He / She would generate the customer demand and route the supply or plan the delivery through distributor or direct from company in the assigned geography to deliver EAL KPIs of distribution Width and depth.

Share forecast and coordinate with SCM team to ensure the customers needs and demands are met and there is no customer churn.

Initiate, discuss & finalise the TOT, post internal approvals, with Customer where required.

Ensure that all receivables are received as per the agreed terms & conditions.

Engage with distributors to ensure hygiene, adherence and sustenance of all.

Engage in Recent Business Initiatives,



Generate Development Ideas, Monitoring Competition and Market Trends to cater the customer needs and demands

Ensure the deliveries to the customers are made on time, as agreed with customer and deliver EAL KPIs. Co ordinate with the dispatch team of EAL or distributor/s for delivery plan, logistic cost adherence etc

Roll out pricing communication as per agreed format to the customer FPRs and ensure order indenting in EAL system, as per published price. Get purchase order corrected where necessary.

Maintain healthy relationship with all customers, especially FPRs and ensure customer issues are resolved.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have 5 - 8 years work experience in handling Horeca sales and distribution channels.

Should have worked in Edible oils and Foods

Should have an excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills

MBA will be preferred
