About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager specifically for our Ernakulam region. Candidates currently residing in or having solid sales experience in Ernakulam are preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in team management, sales coordination, regional business development, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with interior designers, architects, dealers, and distributors. The candidate should understand project-based requirements, coordinate product specifications, and drive business opportunities through the interior and architectural community in the Ernakulam region.

Key Responsibilities:




- Lead and manage the sales team within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with dealers, distributors, interior designers, and architects.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and project-based sales.
- Understand customer and project requirements and coordinate product specifications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and timely reporting.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and overall territory growth.

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in plywood, building materials, or related industries.
- Candidates currently working as an Area Sales Manager (ASM) or in a similar senior sales role are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Ernakulam market is preferred.
