Company is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive who can manage and grow the company’s presence across Instagram and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing and be comfortable using AI tools to create engaging content and improve marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow the company’s Instagram and LinkedIn presence.
* Develop and execute social media marketing strategies.
* Create engaging posts, reels, captions, creatives, and other social media content.
* Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
* Use AI tools for content creation, ideas, captions, creatives, research, and marketing optimization.
* Monitor social media trends and implement relevant trends into the company’s marketing strategy.
* Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and reach.
* Track and analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports.
* Coordinate with internal teams to understand products/services and create relevant content.
* Stay updated with the latest Instagram,



LinkedIn, AI, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills

* 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing/Digital Marketing.
* Strong knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn marketing.
* Good content writing and communication skills.
* Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
* Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
* Creative mindset with an understanding of visual content and branding.
* Ability to independently plan and execute social media campaigns.
* Positive knowledge of Canva or similar creative-design tools will be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about social media, with a strong interest in using AI to make marketing more effective.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month
