About the Role

You will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment across IT and BPO / operations profiles, ensuring quality hires are onboarded within agreed timelines. You will partner with business and technical hiring managers, build robust talent pipelines, and drive hiring excellence through smart sourcing, stakeholder management, and disciplined closure.

This role is a great fit for recruiters who are comfortable handling both niche technical roles and volume hiring for customer support, operations, and backend functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for IT and BPO roles, from requirement intake to offer acceptance and joining.
- Understand role requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies for software engineers, testers, support engineers, infrastructure/cloud roles, customer service, telesales, and operations profiles.




- Source and build talent pipelines using Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Shine, TimesJobs, employee referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess experience fit, communication, attitude, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate interviews with technical, business, and operations stakeholders and ensure timely feedback and clear closure.
- Manage bulk / volume hiring for BPO and support functions without compromising on quality and employer branding.
- Drive candidate engagement through structured communication, offer negotiation, and pre‑joining follow‑up to improve offer‑to‑join ratios.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS / trackers and support reporting on recruitment metrics such as TAT, closure rate, ageing, and joining ratios.
- Build repeatable talent pools for recurring IT and BPO skill requirements to reduce time‑to‑hire in the future.
