Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Software Tester to join our team at RealSoft ERP Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for testing ERP applications to ensure that all modules, functionalities, workflows, and integrations operate accurately and reliably before deployment to customers. The ideal candidate should have robust logical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving ability,



and a good understanding of software testing methodologies and business processes.

Responsiblity
- Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and ERP workflows.
- Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing.
- Test ERP modules and verify that features work according to business requirements.
- Validate end-to-end business workflows and identify functional gaps.
- Identify, document, and report bugs with explicit steps to reproduce the issue.
- Coordinate with developers and project teams to investigate and resolve defects.
- Perform re-testing and regression testing after bugs are fixed.
- Validate data accuracy, calculations, reports, transactions, and system-generated outputs.
- Perform database/data validation where required.
- Test different user roles, permissions, access levels, and approval workflows.
- Verify system behaviour under different business scenario
