CyberMindSpace is looking for a
Head of Growth & Strategic Partnerships
to take ownership of our growth and partnership ecosystem.

This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work directly with the founding team to identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and turn partnerships into measurable growth.

You can be a
4th-year student, recent graduate, or early-career professional
. We care more about your ability to take ownership, communicate effectively, and create results than years of experience.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with companies, communities, colleges, creators, and organizations
- Identify new growth and distribution opportunities for CyberMindSpace
- Lead partnership outreach, conversations, negotiations, and execution
- Develop collaborations around cybersecurity events, education, communities, and campaigns
- Build and expand CyberMindSpace’s student and professional community
- Track partnership and growth initiatives and measure their impact




- Work closely with the founding team to develop and execute growth strategies
- Take ownership of initiatives from idea to execution

What Success Looks Like
- Consistently building a strong pipeline of relevant partnerships
- Converting conversations into meaningful collaborations
- Creating new channels for user and community growth
- Increasing engagement across the CyberMindSpace ecosystem
- Taking initiatives independently and turning them into measurable outcomes

Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to confidently reach out to people and organizations
- Strong ownership and execution mindset
- Ability to identify opportunities and turn them into action
- Comfortable working independently in a rapid-moving environment
- Interest in cybersecurity, education, communities, startups, or technology
- Prior experience in partnerships, business development, growth, sales
