We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our outlet team. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming customer experience, understand customer requirements, recommend products confidently, and contribute to achieving outlet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, prices, offers, and promotions clearly.
- Drive sales through effective communication and product recommendations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the outlet is clean and well-presented.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and positive personality.
- Customer-oriented approach with a passion for sales.
- Good convincing and product-presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
