Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Japanese and English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Solid understanding of Japanese culture and business etiquette
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with translation tools/software (a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
• JLPT N3 or above certification
• Experience in translation/interpretation in corporate or technical environments
• Knowledge of industry-specific terminology (IT, finance, insurance, etc.)
