About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Associate – Customer Support to join our Support Team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely customer support.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services, products, and processes.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, requests, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their concerns.




- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or senior.
- Ensure timely response to customer queries and requests.
- Support the team in maintaining smooth day-to-day customer service operations.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and overall business growth.
