We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will primarily handle sales for products in the electronics industry. It would be more of telephonic sales and less of field sales. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand customer needs and promote suitable solutions. Candidates fluent in multiple languages or candidates with experience in electronics selling will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Maintain and update customer interactions in CRM/database.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and follow up on leads effectively.
- Promote catalog-based products and explain features clearly.
- Build and maintain a strong customer relationship for repeat business.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and Hindi is a must.
- Knowledge of Marathi or any 1 additional language is a plus.
- Good selling and convincing skills with the ability to close deals over the phone.
- Basic understanding of catalog selling (training can be provided).
- Prior sales experience is preferred; field sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be based in or around Thane.
