Role Description
The Head of Strategy will lead Hobfit’s overall strategic direction, aligning business goals with market opportunities in the women’s health and digital health space. This full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad involves developing and refining long-term business plans, identifying growth opportunities,



and guiding cross-functional initiatives. The Head of Strategy will analyze market trends, user data, and financial performance to inform decisions on product, partnerships, and operational priorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with leadership on strategic roadmaps, preparing executive-level presentations, overseeing strategic projects, and ensuring that plans are executed efficiently and measured against clear KPIs. The role requires close coordination with product, operations, marketing, clinical, and finance teams to drive sustainable growth and impact.

Qualifications
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, market insights, and performance metrics for strategic decision-making.
