Experience:
6 months – 2 years of experience in marketing campaigns, creative content, influencers or social-first work

Role Overview:
As a Junior Campaign Associate, you’ll support the team in coming up with ideas, scouting influencers, identifying internet first meme trends, social-first content, and helping turn concepts into internet-native posts and videos. You’ll learn how ideas are shaped, how brands think, and how good creative work is made & executed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Ideation:
Support brainstorms with fresh, internet-first thinking and help ideate campaigns & influencer concepts & easy content ideas for social.
- Internet & Cultural Awareness:
Stay updated on internet trends and cultural moments, and bring relevant references and observations into the team’s thinking.
- Collaboration & Execution:
Work closely with influencers, designers, production, and account management teams to help bring ideas to life and ensure tasks move smoothly.
- Research & Pitch Support:
Help gather references,



track trends, and support the team with research and moodboards for campaigns and pitches.
- Learning from Feedback & Data:
Understand why certain posts perform better than others and apply feedback to improve future ideas.
- Time & Task Management:
Deliver assigned work on time, stay organised, and communicate clearly if something needs clarification or support.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong awareness of internet culture, memes, influencers and social media trends.
- Good aesthetic sense and understanding of style, lifestyle, and visual culture online.
- Understanding of creators, influencer spaces, and communities shaping culture and lifestyle conversations.
- Good creative skills with an instinct for what works on social platforms.
- Understanding of modern culture and the nuances of how people connect, communicate, and present themselves online.
