Roles and Responsibilities
- Meet daily targets for call handling, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction.
- Work on inbound calls from various channels (e.g., social media, email campaigns).
- Identify potential customers' needs and upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Robust convincing power to meet sales targets and close deals effectively.
- 0-3 years of experience in BPO sales, telemarketing, inside sales, or telesales.
