- Need to reach Hospital on Time and cross check the cleanliness of Pharmacy & Store Room, need to check proper working condition of internet, PC, Printers, Telephone Lines & Swiping Machine.
- Should also explain about generic forms to cashless patients especially ECHS, CGHS patients in coordination with concern doctors of hospital.
- Whenever a patient comes greet the patients properly by standing, to check the Prescription and give medicines accordingly, also need to mark on medicine with marker while explanation of medicine to patients.
- Must cross check proper batch number, MRP & expiry and bill of medicine before delivering to patient.
- In every 15 days prepare a list of near expiry & non moving medicines and report to Operations Manager as well consult with doctors at center.
- To raise proper requisition depending on Avg. monthly consumption of each and every medicine, checks proper system issued quantity with physically received and then accept the indent. If any discrepancy raised then the query must be communicated via mail to central store and do as per the guidance




- Must take care that FIFO has been followed strictly while billing and consumption.
- Daily matching the register entry with system and physical cash and submitting to accountant and taking receiving so that at any circumstances no discrepancy should occur.
- For any issue in billing should immediately consult IT & Central store and if the matter not resolved immediately then a mail should be dropped explaining the matter.
- Make sure in coordination with the Pharmacist that proper record of medicines for OPD consumption has been kept and the same has been billed it with 100% discount, with approval from operation manager
- Make sure that cashless medicine record is maintained properly.
- Need to maintain proper coordination with all departments of the Hospital to drive the revenue with proper guidance of Operation Manager & Doctors.
- Before leaving the hospital should report to Operation
