What we're looking for:
-Experience in end-to-end US IT Recruitment
-Strong sourcing and screening skills for IT professionals
-Good understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, W2, C2C, GC, USC, EAD, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.)
-Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
