We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Chartered Accountant to lead our finance operations and ensure robust financial governance across our manufacturing, retail, and export divisions.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA)



— or a candidate who has attempted the CA final examinations — with 7+ years of relevant post-qualification (or equivalent) experience to join our Finance Department as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will bring robust expertise in statutory compliance, audit, taxation, and financial reporting, with a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape governing the gems and jewellery sector in India.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Statutory Compliance & Audit
- Lead and coordinate statutory audits, ensuring timely completion and strict adherence to auditing standards.
- Prepare and review statutory financial statements and related disclosures in compliance with Ind AS / Indian GAAP.
- Manage all regulatory filings, including ROC compliance, MCA filings, and other statutory obligations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable tax laws; oversee preparation and filing of tax returns.
