About the role We are currently seeking an experienced *HR Executive* to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end human resource functions of the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and performance management activities. You will ensure that all HR processes are implemented effectively and aligned with organizational policies and objectives.

As an HR Executive, you will collaborate with various departments to understand manpower requirements, ensure timely hiring, and support workforce planning initiatives. You will also work closely with leadership to maintain a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction.

In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, preparing HR reports for senior management, and ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and internal policies. This role requires strong organizational skills,



attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or as an HR Generalist, with a proven track record of managing HR processes effectively. You should possess excellent communication skills, solid analytical ability, and the capability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer release, and onboarding formalities.
- Ensure timely manpower availability as per approved hiring plan.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation with complete accuracy.
