Key Responsibilities
Achieve and improve monthly sales targets
Monitor daily sales & conversion
Plan and execute promotional activities & offers
Ensure smooth showroom operations & stock availability
Maintain store standards, display & cleanliness
Manage, train, and monitor staff performance
Ensure excellent customer service & quick issue resolution
Control billing, cash handling & expenses
Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports
Coordinate with management, vendors & both teams

Qualification & Experience
Any Degree (MBA preferred)
1 to 3+ years in retail/store management
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
