We are looking for skilled CNC Operators (Turning, Milling, Turnmill, VMC)to join the Nuevosol production team. The selected candidates will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to manufacture precision components. The role requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and safety standards in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities
Machine Setup & Operation:
- Set up and operate CNC machines (VMC machines) based on work orders and engineering drawings.
- Load materials, select tools, and input machine parameters to ensure accurate machining processes.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of tolerance machining and adjust processes as needed.

Quality Control & Inspection:
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections,



documenting results and making adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, machine settings, and production activities.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and tool changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions or issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Report major mechanical problems to the maintenance team for further investigation.

Documentation & Reporting:
- Complete production logs, machine setup sheets, and maintenance records accurately.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production status, issues, and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

Required Qualifications & Education:
- Diploma/B. Tech in mechanical engineering or related field preferred.
