About the Role

KAD Softwares is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Executive – IT Software Sales to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, building client relationships, and converting prospects into software development projects.

The ideal candidate should have experience in IT sales, software services, business development, or B2B sales, with strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, online platforms, referrals, and other channels.
- Generate qualified leads for website development, web applications, custom software, and other IT solutions.
- Connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and identify suitable technology solutions.




- Conduct client calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions with the technical team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the development team to understand project requirements, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, proposals, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation and sales targets.
- Explore both Indian and international markets for new business opportunities.
