- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer closure and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, competencies, and talent expectations.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other talent channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates against the role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage offer discussions, compensation alignment, negotiations, and offer closures.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular recruitment dashboards and status reports to stakeholders.
