We are looking for a
Production Manager
with
3–4+ years of experience
in a manufacturing/production environment.

What we’re looking for:
- Experience handling
multiple customized projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations
- Basic knowledge of
CNC, panel cutting, nesting/optimization and material planning
- Ability to manage production teams and coordinate with design & procurement
- Strong focus on
quality, productivity and timelines
- Good Excel/MIS and problem-solving skills
- Most importantly, someone with
ownership, initiative and the ambition to grow into a leadership role
