As the SAP ABAP Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge SAP technical solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Design and develop SAP technical solutions, focusing on S/4HANA, to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure the quality and performance of SAP technical implementations, conducting thorough testing and optimization.




- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in SAP technical architecture and development practices.
- Provide technical expertise and support during SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and incorporate them into project solutions.
- Document and maintain technical specifications, ensuring knowledge transfer and knowledge management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with other systems.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its technical architecture.
- Proven experience in leading and managing SAP ABAP development teams.
- Robust expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts.
- Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development is highly desirable.
