Recruiter - IT / Non-IT / Healthcare (US Staffing)

Role Summary
The Recruiter will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment services for US clients across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare domains. The role requires adherence to defined SLAs, effective stakeholder management, and contribution to overall recruitment delivery while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery as per agreed SLAs.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.
- Coordinate with clients and participate in calls as required.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters in meeting delivery standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, information security, and data privacy policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in US recruitment (IT / Non-IT / Healthcare).
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals.
- Good negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
