Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, stock control, and ordering medications.
- Supervise pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in clinical pharmacy or hospital setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) from an accredited institution.
- Solid knowledge of dispensing practices, drug interactions, and medicine safety protocols.
