The System & Network Administrator must be capable of independently managing server, network, firewall, security, and infrastructure operations, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills suitable for a production setting. Additionally, they should be willing to support production-critical environments and work outside regular hours when required for scheduled maintenance or critical incidents.

Job description
- Server & System Administration: Hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration, including Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy management, user access controls, and endpoint security (antivirus/EDR, patch management, and system hardening).
- Networking & Troubleshooting: Strong knowledge of fundamental networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, subnetting, and managing network latency, bandwidth, and connectivity issues.
- Firewall & Security Administration: Practical experience with Firewall administration (FortiGate or equivalent enterprise firewall preferred), including defining firewall policies, ACLs, NAT, traffic monitoring,



and configuring Site-to-Site and Remote Access VPNs.
- Infrastructure & Operations Management: Basic knowledge of storage, backup, and disaster recovery environments, along with the ability to independently monitor critical IT infrastructure and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, network diagrams, and incident reports.
- Reports to IT Manager

Essential Skills and Requirements
- 2–4 years in IT Infrastructure, System, and Network Administration
- BE / BTECH, BSC Computer Science or any other IT and Tech Related Graduation / Post Graduation Degree
- CCNA, Fortinet NSE/FCP, Microsoft certifications, or other relevant networking/system administration certifications would be an added advantage
- Openness to work in shift / weekend working patterns as per the shift roaster decided by the IT Manager
