Position Overview

CWGHR Consultancies is seeking qualified, compassionate, and skilled Registered Nurses on behalf of our client, a premier NABH-accredited tertiary care hospital in Kochi. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while adhering to strict NABH safety, quality control, and clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions, vital signs, and symptoms.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by attending physicians.
- Maintain strict adherence to NABH standards, hospital infection control guidelines, and safety procedures.
- Prepare patients for examinations, diagnostic procedures, and minor operations.
- Maintain exact, up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (doctors,



specialists, and support staff) to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and wellness management.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc in Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma from an INC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Fresher to 5 years of clinical nursing experience (Experience in a NABH-accredited setting is strongly preferred). Fresh graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Excellent clinical assessment skills, empathetic patient care, strong communication (Malayalam & English required), and proficiency in handling modern medical equipment.
