Job Summary

We are seeking an Event Coordinator with a strong sales background to drive revenue while managing seamless operations. You will generate bookings, negotiate contracts, and coordinate logistics from concept to flawless execution.Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Bookings: Pitch event services, close venue/vendor deals, and hit revenue targets.
- Client Relations: Manage account inquiries, upsell packages, and secure repeat client business.
- Planning & Logistics: Coordinate event checklists, timelines, layouts, and resource schedules.
- In office Execution: Supervise live setups, vendor operations, guest check-ins, and event cleanups.

Requirements




- 2+ years of experience combining event coordination with B2B sales or hospitality bookings.
- Proven track record in lead generation, sales pitching, and contract negotiation.
- Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills under tight live-event timelines.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, during event peaks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- Events sales: 1 year (Preferred)
