Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Authentication Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales for Identity & Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Passwordless Authentication, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Digital Authentication solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise IT or cybersecurity solution sales, a valuable understanding of authentication technologies, and an established network among enterprise decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise sales for authentication and identity security solutions.
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Government, IT/ITES, and Enterprise sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CISOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer security requirements and recommend appropriate authentication solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.




- Prepare business proposals, presentations, commercial quotations, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Work closely with OEMs, distributors, and technical pre-sales teams to design and position customer solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging authentication and cybersecurity technologies.
- Develop and maintain a strong enterprise customer pipeline.
