Role & responsibilities
- Identify and acquire current customers through field visits and direct sales activities.
- Promote financial and foreign exchange products and services.
- Develop business relationships with travel agencies, educational consultants, hospitals, corporate clients, and retail businesses.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market visits.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
- Collect and verify customer documents as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requirements.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
- Submit daily sales reports and field visit updates.
