1. Strategic Revenue Planning & Positioning

2. Revenue Growth: Formulate and deliver comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual top-line revenue targets.

3. Market Positioning: Conduct continuous market research, competitive analysis, and consumer trend tracking to appropriately position luxury, residential, commercial, or plotted developments.

4. Pricing Architecture: Collaborate with senior leadership to design scalable pricing structures, payment plans, consumer offers, and sales incentives.

5. Channel Partner (CP) & Investor Network Expansion

6. CP Ecosystem: Establish, expand, and nurture a high-performing ecosystem of real estate brokers, property consultants, and channel partners.

7. Investor Relations: Cultivate high-level relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-HNIs, corporate funds, and bulk institutional buyers for large-scale property acquisitions.

8. Lead Funnel & Integrated Marketing Management

9. Performance Marketing:



Direct digital marketing engines (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and property portals) alongside traditional platforms (ATL, BTL, print, outdoor billboard media) to scale qualified lead volume.

10. Pre-Sales Integration: Oversee the inside sales/pre-sales team to automate lead qualification and optimize the transition from raw digital leads to confirmed physical site visits.

11. MarCom & Collateral: Supervise the creation of high-impact marketing collaterals, site experience centers, model apartment tours, digital walkthroughs, and investor decks.

12. Team Leadership & CRM OperationsPerformance Tracking: Implement and monitor CRM data pipelines to analyze the lead funnel, response timelines, and site-visit-to-booking conversion rates.

13. Talent Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and coach multi-tiered sales managers, closing teams, and marketing executives
