Lead Specialist GES H2R Reporting & Time plays a critical role within the GES HR Hyderabad Hub by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of employee time and attendance data across regions. The role supports seamless payroll operations, maintains data integrity in HR systems, and delivers high-quality HR transactional services through standardized global processes while meeting regional compliance requirements.

- Time & Attendance Management
- Manage and validate employee time inputs for recent hires and employee data changes from HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness before payroll processing.




- Payroll & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with payroll vendors and local HR teams to process time files, validate and approve time-related pay files, and ensure timely and correct employee payments.
- Timecard Validation & Compliance
- Review, validate, and sign off employee timecards, resolving missed punches, unexcused absences, and historic corrections within defined deadlines.
- Leave & Accrual Administration
- Approve STD/FMLA leaves, validate pay rules, pay groups, accrual profiles, PTO rates, and conduct periodic audits such as accrual and international manager audits
- System Monitoring & Issue Resolution
- Monitor daily system integrations, identify errors (e.g., manager, account status, business structure issues), and resolve them promptly using ServiceNow or related ticketing tools.
