, we are looking for a commercially driven professional who can take ownership of online sales, marketplace growth and profitability.

JOB PURPOSE

The
E-Commerce & Marketplace Manager
will be responsible for managing and growing SWEET DREAMS’ online business across major marketplaces and the company’s D2C website.

The role will own
online sales, revenue growth, marketplace performance, product listings, pricing, promotions, advertising, inventory, customer experience and profitability
.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
apparel/fashion e-commerce




and a strong understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho and D2C platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Marketplace Management
- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho and other relevant marketplaces.
- Maintain and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images and catalogue information.
- Ensure accurate SKU, size, colour, variant, pricing and inventory updates.
- Monitor ratings, reviews, returns, cancellations and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and resolve operational/commercial issues.
- Identify opportunities for new product launches and online category expansion.

2. D2C Website Management
- Manage and grow the company’s e-commerce website.
- Ensure products, pricing, offers, images and inventory are updated.
- Improve website conversion through better product presentation, navigation and customer experience.
