About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Practice Head- ERP to build, lead, and scale our ERP consulting practice.

The ideal candidate will be a platform-agnostic ERP leader with strong experience in ERP consulting, practice development, client engagement, solutioning, delivery governance, and team leadership.

We are not looking for a leader restricted to a single ERP ecosystem. The candidate should have a broad understanding of enterprise business processes and be comfortable evaluating and leading solutions across multiple ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, ERPNext, and other cloud, open-source, or emerging ERP technologies.





The role will combine practice strategy, delivery oversight, client management, team building, ERP capability development, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Practice Leadership & Growth
- Own the overall strategy, growth, and development of the ERP practice.
- Define ERP service offerings, technology roadmap, delivery methodology, and practice strategy.
- Build and scale a sustainable, multi-platform ERP consulting practice.
- Identify new ERP technologies, market opportunities, and potential service offerings.
- Drive practice revenue, profitability, utilization, and business growth.
- Establish processes, frameworks, accelerators, and best practices for ERP engagements.
- Build strategic partnerships and alliances with relevant ERP technology providers where required.
