Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Computer Operator who is proficient in computer operations and has positive working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and modern AI tools. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining digital records, preparing reports, handling data entry, creating presentations and providing day-to-day administrative and computer-related support.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and computer operations.
- Maintain and update Excel sheets, databases and digital records.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports using MS Excel.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations, reports and documents.
- Handle MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/email and Google Workspace.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity tools for drafting,



data analysis, content preparation, research and workflow improvement.
- Maintain proper filing and organization of digital and physical documents.
- Prepare letters, notices, MIS reports, statements and other official documents.
- Enter, verify and update employee/customer/company data accurately.
- Handle scanning, printing, photocopying and document conversion.
- Support HR, Accounts, Administration and Operations teams with computer-related work.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and documents.
- Identify and report basic computer/system issues to the concerned department.
- Perform other computer and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, including basic formulas, sorting, filtering and data management.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
