Job Role : Platform Architect (ServiceNow)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Purpose of the Position: The ServiceNow Platform Architect will lead the strategic evolution and governance of the ServiceNow platform across the organization. This role combines deep platform expertise with architectural leadership to drive innovation, ensure platform integrity, and support delivery teams. The architect will function as a trusted advisor, technical authority, and thought leader, enabling scalable, secure, resilient,



and high-performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise and business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

New Opportunity Solutioning:
- Planning Estimation for new project
- Evaluate ServiceNow can meet the business needs Value Proposition
- Contribute to project scoping, effort estimation, and resource planning.
- Produce high level architecture diagram.
- Identify platform-specific risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Technical Input for RFPs

Consulting Solution Design Architecture (Presales to Delivery):
- Develop strong, consultative relationships with stakeholders across business and IT.
- Provide honest, transparent guidanceeven if it means challenging the status quo.
- Be initiative-taking in identifying risks and opportunities that impact customer success.
- Help customersmaximize ROIfrom ServiceNow investments.
- Support integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
