Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Zuora Billing Consultant role based in India. The Zuora Billing Consultant will configure and manage Zuora billing workflows, subscription lifecycles, and invoicing processes to support client business requirements. The role involves analyzing existing billing operations, designing solutions in Zuora, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as finance, operations, and IT. The consultant will troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, prepare documentation, and provide end-user training and support.



The position also includes participating in implementation projects, testing new features, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications
- Robust knowledge of Zuora billing, subscription management, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating client needs into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in configuring SaaS billing platforms, with familiarity in APIs, integrations, and basic data mapping.
- Ability to perform testing, identify defects, and support QA activities for billing and subscription workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and client-facing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical
