About the Role
We are looking for
energetic and target-oriented Admission Counsellors / Inside Sales Executives
to join our team at
NSP, Delhi
.
This is an excellent opportunity for
freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience
who are interested in
sales, counselling, customer interaction and career/education consulting
.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through
calls, WhatsApp and other channels
.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Counsel and convert
warm leads into admissions/enrolments
.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve individual
sales and admission targets
.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Build robust relationships with students and provide a smooth admission experience.
Who We’re Looking For
- Freshers are welcome
- Candidates with
0–3 years of experience
in inside sales, telesales, education counselling, admissions, business development or similar roles.
- Strong
communication and convincing skills
.
- Confident, enthusiastic and comfortable speaking with students over the phone.
- Target-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales.
- Candidates who can work from
NSP, Pitampura, Delhi
are preferred.
- Delhi/NCR candidates preferred.
