Key Responsibilities:
- Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of support for all internal SAP user queries and system errors.
- Vendor Coordination: Raise tickets and collaborate with SAP Customer Support/External Consultants for advanced issue resolution.
- System Troubleshooting: Diagnose, analyze, and solve day-to-day functional and technical SAP problems.
- User Training: Help team members understand SAP workflows and provide basic training to minimize recurring errors.
- Process Improvement: Monitor system performance and suggest configurations to improve daily business operations.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
