Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Plan and coordinate flights, hotels, trips, and travel services.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transport and other vendors.
- Manage booking changes, cancellations, and on-trip issues.
- Provide proactive updates and ensure a seamless premium customer experience.
- Follow SOPs and escalate issues when required.
- Use AI-assisted tools to improve workflow and service delivery.

Requirements:
- 16years of experience in travel, itinerary, or customer operations preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Positive travel planning and attention to detail.
- Strong ownership and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and nights.
- Passion for travel and delivering personalized customer experiences.
